Hi there!  My name is Debbie and I live on the Kitsap Penninsula in the beautiful Pacific Northwest where I call Gig Harbor, Washington home.  In addition to being a golden lover, I’m a retired nurse, a mother of 4 adult children, a grandmother of 9, great grandmother of 1, and just a good ole animal lover in general.  I’ve been involved with both horses and dogs for as long as I can remember...and I wouldn’t have it any other way!!!  When I’m not working, I enjoy spending every possible moment making memories with both my 2-legged & 4-legged family members.  I acquired my first golden retriever about 40 years ago and at the time, my passion for dogs led me to the obedience & show ring.  Participating with my goldens at hunt tests has been in more recent years - I love to see them light up while watching them do what they were bred to do!
